We opened Sip + Co in 2021 with a simple belief: a neighborhood café should make everyday life a little better. What started with a love for great coffee has become a place shaped by the people who prepare it, serve it and stop by each day.
A little hospitality goes a long way.
Founder Chin Keung Mong grew up in Hong Kong and found his calling in hospitality after moving to the United States. His experience in Boston and New York led him to open Sip + Co in Midtown Manhattan in April 2021—a café where careful coffee, good food and genuine welcome belong together.
